From meeting the finance guy, John Ravenda, who introduced me to a 25 year veteran sales rep, Bob Szramek my decision became easy that once again I would be in a Subaru Crosstrek. They both made my time at Subaru worthwhile.

Then I came back a few days later and was met by Yaraslav, a tech consultant who shows you what you need to know about the car after a couple of days when we all have questions.
