Brought in car for oil change at local mechanics and found out that both sides of lower control arms need to be replaced. Jessica informed us that extended warranty should cover it. Unfortunately we were 3,000 miles over and helped us contact Subaru America to help with the cost. Subaru America covered 50% and without Jessica’s help we could have just paid full price for it. The claim took several days and we even got loaners while the car was parked on service center. We are so grateful of amazing service we received. Thank you Jessica Rosario accommodating us!
